We opened our doors in 2018 with one simple goal: to make group fitness accessible and energizing. No matter what class you take, you’ll always have options to meet you where you’re at. We believe your fitness routine should uplift, challenge, and support you—not leave you burnt out and drained. In our classes we honor women and how our bodies are designed to move!

Caitlin is the founder of Plié Fitness and a Certified Barre instructor with six years of experience. She loves combining high-energy music with fun sequences to keep clients motivated and engaged. When she's not in the studio, you can find her traveling and exploring new wineries!

Jess is a certified Barre Instructor with over six years of experience. She also is a NASM certified Personal trainer and a NASM certified Group Personal Training Specialist. Jess believes that people are stronger than they think and loves to challenge clients in an empowering fun way. Outside the studio Jess loves hiking, cooking and growing her plant family.

This dynamic workout targets your entire body, focusing on stability, flexibility, and endurance. Using the ballet barre and a variety of props, you'll perform low-impact, high-energy exercises that sculpt and tone your entire body.

Experience a dynamic blend of strength and cardio in this innovative resistance training class. Using heavier weights, bands, and sliders, you'll rev up your metabolism and challenge both your upper and lower body for a full-body transformation.

POWER

This high-energy HIIT class enhances endurance and strength through intense intervals. Each Tabata series lasts four minutes, alternating between 20 seconds of all-out effort and 10 seconds of rest. We’ll tackle five series, combining one strength move and one cardio move in each for a well-rounded workout.

Boost flexibility, improve posture, and prevent injuries with a mix of dynamic and static stretches. Perfect for increasing joint mobility and leaving you feeling refreshed.

Build strength with slow, mindful movements using weights and bodyweight resistance. The second half of the class features relaxing stretches, leaving you feeling balanced, calm, and rejuvenated.
